About the position

As a Procedural Registered Nurse at Baylor Scott & White Health, you will oversee patient care by utilizing the nursing practice model.   • Teach patients and staff about care processes and health management.
  • Delegate tasks to other staff according to Texas nursing laws and patient conditions.

Requirements

  • Accredited nursing program or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • In-depth understanding of nursing standards and patient care procedures.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving.
