About the position
As a Procedural Registered Nurse at Baylor Scott & White Health, you will oversee patient care by utilizing the nursing practice model. Responsibilities

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and track care indicators.
- Teach patients and staff about care processes and health management.
- Delegate tasks to other staff according to Texas nursing laws and patient conditions.
Requirements
- Accredited nursing program or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- In-depth understanding of nursing standards and patient care procedures.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving.
