About the position

The Service Architect will join the IT Service Architecture and Governance team at Fidelity National Financial, focusing on IT process and control documentation, audit support, and operational effectiveness consulting. This role requires a well-organized and motivated individual who can manage special projects and interact with both internal and external clients to document processes and controls effectively.

Responsibilities

• Document IT processes and controls, including narratives and flow charts.
• Support audit, regulatory, and risk assessment activities.
• Lead and complete special projects within the corporate infrastructure organization.
• Develop and maintain policy, standard, procedure, and process documentation.
• Provide IT, Security, and Operational Effectiveness Consulting services.
• Interact with internal and external clients to document process walkthroughs and control identification.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of work experience in information technology roles including architecture, audit, governance-risk-compliance, and project management.
• Experience drafting and maintaining technical standards and process documentation.
• Understanding of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) frameworks such as CIS, FFIEC, ITIL, NIST, and NYDFS.
• Hands-on architecture, solution, or service implementation experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CEH, CPA, and PMP.
• Experience with technology-focused Big 4 consulting or attestation.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure DevOps, CyberArk, and ServiceNow.
