About the position

The Post Process Automation and AI Engineer at Analogic is responsible for leading initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence, process automation, and digital transformation to enhance business growth and operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions, develop automation strategies, and ensure data quality and security, all while contributing to the company's mission of providing life-saving technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process automation across various business functions.
• Develop and deploy automation solutions using tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
• Develop and implement AI strategies that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
• Develop and execute digital transformation roadmaps to modernize business operations.
• Leverage low-code development platforms to solve business challenges and optimize processes.
• Conduct research and feasibility studies on the latest trends in AI and process automation.
• Create comprehensive documentation and training materials for AI and automation solutions.
• Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data used in AI models and automation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the technology industry, focusing on AI, process automation, and digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of process automation tools and techniques, including RPA.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Certifications in AI, RPA, or related fields.
• Experience in creating documentation and training materials for technical solutions.
