Responsibilities

• Serve as the EMS/SCADA Process Owner for Ignition.
• Conduct weekly meetings with the automation team to discuss project updates and system requirements, maintaining a punchlist for tracking.
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to alarm responses and manage alarm setpoint designations for process controls.
• Provide support to users by answering questions regarding system usage and current procedures.
• Initiate and manage change controls for necessary system updates, including programming changes to the GMP SCADA.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in process automation, specifically within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
• Proficiency in Ignition SCADA and Schneider BMS.
