About the position

As a Process Engineer at Procter & Gamble, you will play a crucial role in identifying, prioritizing, and eliminating process losses within our manufacturing and distribution systems. Your responsibilities will include building process capability and control, defining equipment standards, leading process benchmarking, and enhancing our technical troubleshooting and process improvement capabilities. You will be part of a dynamic work environment where your creativity and problem-solving skills will be highly valued. From day one, you will engage in meaningful work that impacts the production of globally recognized branded products. You will be responsible for managing site safety in electrical and controls systems, identifying and analyzing inefficiencies, and delivering new equipment and initiatives. Collaboration with technical experts and other manufacturing sites will be essential as you work to create best-in-class solutions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to create learning programs, coach technicians, and manage site electrical and controls assessments. Your role will also involve creating and improving standards to help the site achieve key performance indicators while working with state-of-the-art robotics and automated equipment. Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, and eliminate process losses.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in engineering, preferably in Electrical and Controls Engineering, though other engineering fields may be considered.
  • Willingness to work onsite and relocate during your career.
  • Ability to problem solve and collaborate in teams.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new skills.
