About the position

The Process Controls & Instrumentation Systems Engineer role focuses on identifying and eliminating process losses while enhancing process capability and control. This entry-level position is designed for recent graduates and offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects from day one, contributing to the production of high-quality products in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate process losses and inefficiencies.
  • Manage site safety in electrical and controls systems.
  • Deliver and start up new equipment, initiatives, and projects.
  • Collaborate with technical experts and other functions to create best-in-class solutions.
  • Create learning programs and coach technicians.
  • Manage site electrical and controls assessments and improvement strategies.
  • Create and improve standards to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Understand and work with state-of-the-art robotics and automated equipment.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in engineering, preferably in Electrical and Controls Engineering, though other engineering fields may be considered.
  • Willingness to work onsite and relocate during your career.
  • Ability to problem solve and collaborate in teams.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new skills.
