About the position
We are seeking a Process Development Chemist to join our team as an AI Trainer for Data Annotation. This role involves training AI models by providing them with complex chemistry problems, evaluating their outputs, and enhancing the quality of the models. The position is flexible, allowing for both full-time and part-time work, and is conducted remotely.
Responsibilities
- Give AI chatbots diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
Requirements
- A current, in progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD in Chemistry or related field is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in chemistry and inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
