About the position
We are seeking a skilled chemist to join our team as an AI Trainer, focusing on training AI models specifically in the field of chemistry. The role involves measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving complex problems to enhance the quality of each model. This position offers flexibility in project selection and scheduling, making it suitable for both full-time and part-time candidates.
Responsibilities
- Give AI chatbots diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
Requirements
- A current, in progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD in Chemistry or related field is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in chemistry and inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
