About the position

The Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement at Swire Coca-Cola is responsible for leading efforts to identify and eliminate losses in the manufacturing process. This role involves supporting production line activities, developing standards and systems, and enhancing the capabilities of technicians and processes to achieve performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies.
• Delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects.
• Collaborating with technical experts, other functions, and other manufacturing sites to identify and create best solutions.
• Creating learning programs and coaching/training of technicians.
• Creating and improving standards to enable teams to achieve the performance targets for the production line.
• Understanding and working with state-of-the-art automated equipment.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM or business-related field required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to problem solve and collaborate in teams.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and analytical skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment with technicians and equipment.
