About the position
As part of our NA Services team, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct or assist in Process Surveys and analysis, collaborating with Applications Specialists and Engineers as needed. Responsibilities include measuring paper machine and building ventilation system performance data, calculating operating conditions, and assisting Process Engineers in providing evaluations that meet customer needs. The role involves participating in Survey Report Presentations, Product Start-ups, Trouble Shooting, Customer Training, and Service activities. Additionally, the candidate will engage in Process Improvement activities to enhance our understanding of processes related to quality, productivity, and profitability, translating this knowledge into superior products and services for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct or assist in Process Surveys and analysis

Requirements
- Technical Diploma
- 3-5 minimum years of experience
- Proficiency in software programs such as MS Word, Lotus Notes, Excel, MSProject, AutoCAD
- Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks and processes
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
