About the position
Support development and install of new equipment and process for our aseptic and finished production areas to meet future business and regulatory requirements thru the following activities: Improve system & equipment reliability for the core processes to meet all customer, business & regulatory requirements through the following activities: People Focus, Process Focus, Equipment Focus & Develop Standards for new equipment / processes.
Responsibilities
- Support technical development of Maintenance Technicians
- Support development of new production equipment and processes
- Lead projects to improve or enhance the production line upon install
- Support event response activities
- Maintain standards for procedures & maintenance plans
- Support DFP global collaboration initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/related field or Equivalent (experience + education) required
- Minimum 3 years engineering experience in Maintenance, Design, Process Improvement; cLEAN 1-Star preferred
- Knowledgeable in the following systems: Instrument & Electrical, Mechanical, Control/SCADA/PLCs, Process Improvement Methodologies, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) a plus
- Proven expertise in planning/organization/execution of maintenance activities, following up on results, & revising the work plan for complex problems being resolved by cross functional teams a plus
