As a Process Engineer V (E5), you will be at the forefront of driving innovative techniques to characterize hardware and define methods and new technologies that can be applied to complex systems across a range of programs. Your role will involve performing hardware characterization while adhering to safety guidelines, ensuring that all processes meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency. You will be responsible for designing, collecting data, analyzing, and compiling reports on significantly complex process engineering experiments for various products, which will require a deep understanding of engineering principles and methodologies. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will design and implement new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation that will enhance our engineering capabilities. Training engineers will be a key part of your role, as you will define and implement new methodologies, apply new technologies, and troubleshoot complex process engineering issues. You will also develop, plan, and execute process engineering projects, ensuring that they align with our strategic goals and customer needs. Your position will require you to interact with key customers to resolve complex process engineering issues, addressing their High Value Problems (HVP). You will generate both internal and external documentation, including presentations and technical reports for integrated products, and create process engineering specifications that guide product development. Additionally, you will define and validate film measurement techniques, training engineers on these techniques and assisting them in interpreting the data effectively.
