The candidate will develop, plan, and execute process engineering projects, interacting with key customers to resolve complex engineering issues and address High Value Problems (HVP). This position also entails generating internal and external documentation, including presentations and technical reports for integrated products, and creating process engineering specifications. The role requires defining and validating film measurement techniques and training engineers on these techniques while guiding them in data interpretation. As a technical expert in the field, the candidate will demonstrate in-depth expertise and broad knowledge across disciplines. They will anticipate business and regulatory issues, recommending improvements to products, processes, or services. Leadership skills are essential, as the candidate will lead projects with notable risk and complexity, developing strategies for project execution.
