About the position

The Process Engineer will serve as a Scrum Master for one or more agile delivery teams, focusing on team growth, onboarding new members, and identifying areas for improvement within the organization. This role involves acting as an agile evangelist, leading initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance agile practices across the company.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams
• Coach agile team members on agile practices and continuous improvement
• Partner with the Agile Process Coach and agile coaching team to evangelize agile and implement best practices
• Collaborate with the agile coaching team to help develop training
• Maintain and update appropriate process documentation
• Identify and analyze business processes to be improved
• Play a major role in developing the company's agile vision

Requirements

• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree
• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree
• 3 or more years experience in a coaching or agile focused role at an agile organization
• At least 1 year of experience acting as a Scrum Master for a high-performing agile team
• Demonstrated agile mindset and understanding of DevOps & Agile Principles
• Ability to analyze processes and raise issues
• Ability to develop high functioning teams and coach excellence
• Experience developing training materials and leading agile training programs
• Ability to use MS Office and/or Google App products
• Experience with learning organizations and experimentation methodology
• Comfortable working in complex, fast paced, changing environments
• Experience maturing processes in a growing organization
• Experience in a Technology driven, Product led organization
• Industry recognized agile certification
• Prior experience and understanding of Payments Industry
