About the position

Responsibilities

• Design and implement manufacturing processes and systems
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Conduct process audits and implement corrective actions as needed
• Provide training and support to production teams on new processes and equipment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
