About the position

The Process Engineer at Tailored Access, LLC is responsible for applying process improvement methodologies and engineering principles to enhance and align enterprise-level processes. This role involves facilitating project teams to achieve their objectives, coordinating the transfer of new processes to project teams, and ensuring integration of engineering efforts across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Apply process improvement methodologies to enhance enterprise-level processes.
• Facilitate project teams in accomplishing project activities and objectives.
• Coordinate the transfer of new processes and practices to project teams.
• Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Act as a key coordinator between multiple project teams for enterprise-wide integration.

Requirements

• Experience with process improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Experience in facilitation, training, methodology development, and evaluation.
• Knowledge of process engineering across all phases of acquisition.
• Understanding of best practices, change management, and business management techniques.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or education from an accredited college or university.
