About the position

As a Process Engineer at Packaging Corporation of America (PCA), you will play a crucial role in our International Falls, Minnesota Paper Mill. In this role, you will provide technical and operational support to various departments, support groups, and hourly operations employees. Your focus will be on optimization, energy management, cost savings, and conducting technical and process studies. You will also be involved in technology implementation and operator training, ensuring that our processes are efficient and effective. Your assignments will include completing projects and development activities that prepare you for future operation and maintenance positions as vacancies arise. This position is designed to enhance your skill development while providing you with a comprehensive orientation of various process areas within the mill. To be successful in this role, you will need a strong educational background in engineering, specifically a BS Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Paper Science. While co-op or intern experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, it is not mandatory. Requirements
