About the position

Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their growing team. As a Process Engineer, you will be a key member of the Manufacturing Engineering department, supporting various production teams. In this role, you will develop and refine manufacturing processes for high-quality parts and assemblies. You will analyze production flow and identify opportunities for improvement using Lean principles. Collaboration with design and manufacturing teams is essential to ensure a seamless product launch. Additionally, you will provide technical direction and oversight to external vendors involved in the process, manage and track projects, and be accountable for successful implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine manufacturing processes for high-quality parts and assemblies.
• Analyze production flow and identify opportunities for improvement (Lean principles).
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product launch.
• Provide technical direction and oversight to external vendors involved in the process.
• Manage and track projects with accountability for successful implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or operations.
• Experience working on major projects, including new product launches.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership and manage manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products.
