About the position

Peraton is seeking a Process Engineer to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Jessup, MD. This full-time role involves supporting a significant enterprise-wide engineering contract within the Intelligence Community, focusing on process improvement and system transitions.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-level systems transition by collaborating with systems and software engineers.
• Evaluate systems engineering and software engineering processes to identify and address workflow issues.
• Lead and assist in process improvement strategies and document lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Education from an accredited institution.
• Ten (10) years of documented experience with Process Improvement on similar programs and contracts.
• Five (5) years of experience in facilitation, training, methodology development, and evaluation.
• Experience in process engineering across all phases of acquisition, identifying best practices, and change management.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
