About The Position
The Process Engineering Intern at MACOM will be responsible for sustaining existing GaAs IC, RF Power Transistors, and Diodes while developing new processes in the Lowell, MA wafer fab. This role involves planning and conducting experiments to characterize processes, driving improvements in quality, reliability, cost, yield, and productivity, and providing solutions to problems using formal education and statistical knowledge. The internship offers hands-on experience, training, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers.
