About The Position
The Process Engineering/Quality Manager at Morgan Advanced Materials is responsible for leading the process engineering team across all value streams in a high-speed manufacturing environment. This role focuses on enhancing plant efficiency through troubleshooting, data analysis, and problem-solving methods, while ensuring quality throughout all processes from design to operations. The manager will also oversee compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards, driving strategic initiatives for the Quality Management System.
