About The Position
The Process Engineering Technician at Flex is responsible for optimizing disassembly and material handling practices through the application of LEAN methodologies. This role involves conducting tests, compiling data, and making recommendations for product design changes while ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards. The technician will also identify risks in standardized processes and implement solutions to mitigate them, alongside performing failure and data analysis for new products.
