The Process Excellence & Analytics team is responsible for supporting the Store and Facilities Support Team by providing meaningful insights that drive action, change behavior and support decisions that simplify, streamline and drive efficiencies in our processes. The Process excellence Analyst will derive and evaluate comprehensive analytics that will help identify trends and potential process improvements to enhance savings and productivity. The Process Excellence Analyst will collaborate with the Manager of Process Excellence and provide recommendations for enhancement and development of new IT opportunities for Store & Facilities Support Services functions. This provides both awareness and momentum to ensure the achievement of RBS goals and ambitions. As the Analyst on the Process Excellence & Analytics team, you will be responsible to help create, drive, and maintain this visibility as well as provide key insights & recommendations for leadership.
