The Process Improvement Engineer will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency within the distribution center of a leading retail company. This position is responsible for the planning, development, and execution of various cost reduction projects aimed at optimizing processes and improving overall performance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Operations staff to provide cross-functional training and project support, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to implement new procedures effectively.
