About the position

The Process Improvement Specialist at Kelly Services, in partnership with Meritor, is responsible for enhancing operations across multiple manufacturing sites. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with various teams, and mentoring colleagues to foster a culture of excellence and innovation in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Championing Excellence by leveraging knowledge of Operations Excellence principles to guide teams towards world-class manufacturing standards.
• Driving Continuous Improvement using advanced tools to enhance manufacturing standards and processes.
• Strategic Collaboration with business and functional leaders to identify issues and lead impactful improvement initiatives.
• Innovating Solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to tackle manufacturing challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Mentoring and Coaching colleagues to build a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Requirements

• A college degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Some experience in manufacturing or a related field; leadership experience is a plus.
• A passion for process improvement and a desire to drive change.
