About the position

The Process, Integration, and Device Engineering Co-Op position at Skyworks Solutions offers an exciting opportunity for graduate engineering candidates to engage in the development and production of high-performance analog semiconductors. This role focuses on collaborating with various teams to enhance process technologies, ensuring quality and performance while maximizing yield in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, ramp, and production of various products across multiple fabs by analyzing and modeling Silicon yield and PCM electrical results.
• Collaborate with technology development, product, quality, reliability, and manufacturing teams to ensure the process technologies meet objectives.
• Work with various foundries to meet device targets, yield, and reliability targets.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.

• Strong background in devices, materials, or process engineering.
• Flexible and interested in a wide range of topics within semiconductor devices physics, process, and material.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
