About the position

The Process Integration Engineer will leverage their expertise in device physics to develop and optimize advanced processes in collaboration with silicon and color foundries. This role focuses on enhancing the performance of image sensors through close cooperation with production and design teams, ensuring high yield and efficiency in sensor technology.

Responsibilities

• Develops process modules to realize new CIS technologies
• Collaborates with foundry partners to define and improve the CIS silicon, color and package process for each CIS technology
• Provides support to production and design teams to improve yield and overall sensor performance
• Analyzes and interprets bench and wafer level data
• Designs and manages silicon split lots with respect to project goals and schedules

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in Si based device technology (CMOS, CIS, etc.), including developing advanced processes
• CIS process experience is a plus (but not a requirement)
• Device physics background is desired
• MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, related field or equivalent work experience; PhD is a plus
• Mandarin speaking proficiency (both spoken and written), strongly preferred due to daily interactions with our China-based team

Benefits

• Annual base salary expected to be between $110,600 - $145,000
