As an ID1 Process Integration Engineer at Micron Technology, you will play a crucial role in the development, transfer, maintenance, and improvement of process health for DRAM node introduction from Technology Development (TD) or other High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) fabs to the ID1 fab. This position involves being a module owner responsible for maximizing yield through effective management of tools, processes, and wafer fabrication recipes. You will troubleshoot wafer fabrication problems and perform root cause analysis to ensure that production levels meet the required standards. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with other process areas to understand and control process deviations, conducting long-term investigations of defect issues, and working closely with shift engineering and other functional areas. You will evaluate products to ensure they meet design and performance specifications, conduct research to assess process adjustment requirements, and recommend necessary process improvements or equipment changes to efficiently manufacture new product or part types. This role is essential in establishing and improving process conditions and technology, upgrading process capability, and reducing production costs. You will also be responsible for establishing and modifying process management projects, setting up process parameters for various semiconductor equipment, and evaluating, promoting, and planning new equipment and materials. Abnormal analysis and improvement will also be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the production process remains efficient and effective.
