About the position
The Process Manager role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting them, and ensuring that software solutions align with business objectives. This position requires collaboration with stakeholders and development teams to facilitate effective communication and project success.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements from stakeholders
- Document and prioritize requirements in business process and use case diagrams
- Design and develop functional specifications and technical specifications
- Perform impact analysis and identify risks and dependencies
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit and validate requirements
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility of solutions
- Monitor and review system development to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Test and evaluate software solutions to ensure they meet requirements
- Manage change requests and communicate changes to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in business process modeling
- Proficiency in creating functional and technical specifications
- Ability to conduct impact analysis and risk assessment
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in software testing and evaluation
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
