About the position
As a Process Operator for C60 Operations at Elanco, you will be integral to the packaging and labeling of oral solid dose products. This role emphasizes high-quality production while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate with your team to achieve departmental goals and engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Operate packaging equipment, including thermoformers and cartoners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, determining root causes through data analysis.
- Perform routine operational tasks such as driving a fork truck, loading product components, and cleaning equipment and production areas.
- Ensure all production operations are in compliance with cGMP and ISO 9000 standards.
- Follow proper documentation and verification guidelines for batch production records, SOPs, and sample submissions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Good mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong mechanical or equipment knowledge.
- Troubleshooting skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with thermoforming and cartoning packaging equipment.
- Familiarity with computer systems like Veeva, Delta V, PI Data Historian, SAP, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience in packaging operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot vacuum systems, labeling, and vision systems.
