About The Position
Tesla is seeking a talented Senior Engineer dedicated to the Process Safety efforts at Gigafactory Texas. This role involves leading factory engineering technical deep dives, options analysis, and risk assessments for both green field and brown field engineering projects. The Senior Engineer will gather and develop a deep understanding of stakeholder requirements to identify potential hazards and operability issues in early factory development. Additionally, the position requires defining and effectively communicating factory design safety and hazard prioritization for internal and external factory engineering teams.
