About The Position
The Process Safety Engineer at Goodyear's Beaumont Chemical Plant will lead the PSM/RMP programs to ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. This role focuses on continuous improvement of safety management systems, leading the Management of Change (MOC) process, and supporting various engineering studies to maintain safety standards. The engineer will also track performance trends and report to the Plant Leadership Team, ensuring that safety protocols are adhered to and improved upon as necessary.
