About the position

The position is focused on executing process and equipment operation activities during pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The role requires a dedicated individual who can contribute to project milestones, ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, and foster a collaborative team environment. The associate will utilize their operational expertise to assist in troubleshooting and technology transfer, while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to completion of project milestones and organize own work to meet project task deadlines.
• Use operational and technical expertise to assist in troubleshooting activities, technology transfer, and start-up activities.
• Monitor the technical documentation for production and processes approval.
• Ensure all production equipment and systems are in compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Manage execution of relevant process activities by following established Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform process monitoring and data analysis, and prepare data for presentation in project team meetings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with 6 years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience.
