Responsibilities

• Execute process and equipment operation activities during manufacturing operations.
• Contribute to the completion of project milestones and organize work to meet deadlines.
• Assist in troubleshooting activities, technology transfer, and start-up activities.
• Monitor technical documentation for production and process approvals.
• Ensure compliance of production equipment and systems with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Manage execution of relevant process activities following established Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform process monitoring and data analysis, preparing data for presentations in project team meetings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with 6 years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of process equipment and systems in manufacturing operations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with Six Sigma or other operational excellence programs.
