About the position

The Process Server and Investigator role involves serving legal documents and conducting investigations as needed. This part-time position requires flexibility in scheduling to accommodate legal serving hours, and it is essential for candidates to be available for on-call work, especially during weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents in accordance with state laws and regulations.
• Conduct investigations as required by the company.
• Back up the primary process server during their absence or increased workload.
• Ensure all documents are scanned and submitted as required.
• Maintain accurate records of service attempts and outcomes.

Requirements

• Must live within a 20-mile radius of North Huntingdon, PA.
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle with insurance.
• Must possess a printer and scanner for document processing.
• Must have no criminal record.
• Availability to serve documents before 8 AM, between 9 AM to 5 PM, and after 6 PM.
