About the position

The Process/Specialty Engineer IV position at Fluor is designed to provide engineering and technical support for moderate to complex project assignments. This role serves as a primary interface with Fluor discipline engineers, applying advanced engineering principles and practices to ensure successful project execution. The position emphasizes collaboration, planning, and coordination of work, while also offering opportunities for supervision and training of junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technical support for moderate to complex project assignments.
• Apply knowledge of engineering principles and practices in all areas of assignments.
• Assist others on engineering problems and methods.
• Use advanced techniques, precepts, and practices of the relevant field of process work.
• Represent Process Technology in meetings and conferences related to project execution.
• Contribute to planning and coordinating work.
• May supervise others and/or be responsible for training of junior engineers/specialists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in engineering principles and practices related to process work.
• Ability to assist and mentor junior engineers and specialists.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply advanced techniques in engineering.
