About The Position
The Process & System Services Manager - Technology at OOCL USA Inc. is responsible for overseeing the setup and support of internal users' computer, software, and telecom configurations. This role involves collaboration with external vendors, procurement teams, and IT departments to manage IT-related infrastructure, including computer deployments and office relocations. The manager will also ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain the North America Group OOCL.COM and related sites.
