About the position

The Process & System Services Manager - Technology at OOCL USA Inc. is responsible for overseeing the setup and support of internal users' computer, software, and telecom configurations. This role involves collaboration with external vendors, procurement teams, and IT departments to manage IT-related infrastructure, including computer deployments and office relocations. The manager will also ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain the North America Group OOCL.COM and related sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT ordering of hardware and services and IT invoice processing.
• Work with vendors to ensure adequate service levels are provided.
• Manage local hardware inventory and reconcile with the Financial Control team.
• Provide local and IT support, ensuring timely resolution of problems with application and network teams.
• Build and maintain a knowledge base for technical issues.
• Mentor Technology Analysts and develop team goals and training programs.
• Maintain and update North America Group OOCL.COM and related sites.
• Organize and implement system and process enhancement requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent school/work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and desktop/laptop hardware.
• Medium to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Experience with Cisco IPT telephone and IP Call Center setup and configuration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
