About the position
The Process Technician for Injection Molding is responsible for overseeing the injection molding processes during the 3rd shift at Glov Enterprises LLC. This role involves making process adjustments, troubleshooting equipment and material issues, and ensuring production quality in a team-oriented environment. The position requires a strong background in injection molding and a commitment to maintaining optimal equipment efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for process adjustments to all equipment within the injection molding department.
- Tune-in of molds and troubleshoot machine, process, equipment, mold, and material issues.
- Perform mold changes as necessary.
- Ensure equipment is running at optimum efficiency.
- Monitor production quality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years of injection molding experience.
- Experience as Process Technician in injection molding is required.
- Familiar with mold set-ups, mold and troubleshooting.
- Experience working within 5S and Lean manufacturing systems.
