About the position

The Process Technician role at Aerotek involves performing physical and administrative tasks related to the weighing and blending of bulk products. This entry-level position requires individuals to operate various equipment and handle materials while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Transport bulk powders and packaging materials between warehouse and production areas using forklift
• Handle materials, including lifting heavy bags of powder
• Operate blenders, mixers, sizing equipment, ovens, and scales
• Stage and blend products
• Make observations and record activity in batch paperwork
• Clean equipment and areas before and after use

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined
• Basic math skills
• Documentation skills
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Experience in blending and batching
• Familiarity with cleanroom environments
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to fill out Master Manufacturing Records
