About the position
The Process Technician role is essential for maintaining and optimizing plastic injection molding processes within a leading global manufacturing team. This position ensures high-quality production for various sectors, including healthcare, automotive, and industrial OEMs, while adhering to quality management and GMP standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage molding machine set-ups, start-ups, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and GMP standards
- Implement 5S and Process Audit programs
- Execute mold sets, pulls, and in-process maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
- Monitor and optimize process efficiency and cycle times
- Handle material management and scrap tracking
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Process Technician in plastic injection molding
- Proficiency in QAR/CP and Process Binder procedures
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Experience with 5S and Process audits
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3-4 days per week, including overtime)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
