Responsibilities

• Receive and enter vehicle accidents into the appropriate database.
• Process liability insurance claims in accordance with accident details, Drug and Alcohol policies, and DOT compliance.
• Manage driver files under the accident policy.
• Handle vehicle damage for Estes and communicate with adverse parties related to vehicle accidents.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain and communicate necessary DOT compliance information.
• Interact with local law enforcement agencies to gather accurate details for accident/crash reports.
• Assist with Driver Safety Programs by categorizing and identifying eligible drivers.
• Responsible for subrogation against responsible parties for vehicle damage.

Requirements

• High School or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent experience.
• Some college preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Excellent data entry and 10-key processing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to lift approximately 20 lbs.
