About the position

The Procurement Administrator will support major capital projects in the Life Sciences and Industrial Manufacturing sectors by providing administrative assistance and project coordination. This role involves engaging directly with clients and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery while focusing on sustainability and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day project coordination and support
  • Prepare documents and deliverables for clients, including presentations, agendas, project summaries, technical analysis, and progress updates
  • Interact with professional/technical staff and clients to accomplish assigned project objectives
  • Perform administrative tasks and execute processes to support the team
  • Assist with reporting requirements
  • Contribute to data gathering, entry, and analysis
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage relationships effectively
  • Collaborate towards the goal of net-zero carbon transition and manage associated carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.

Requirements

  • Degree qualification and/or related experience in administrative consultancy, project support, and management of workstreams
  • Experience in capital project/program management within life sciences, industrial manufacturing sectors, or other capital projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
  • Experience using SAP software and/or web-based applications.
