Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, customer preferences, and production capabilities to forecast demand accurately.
• Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for reliable sourcing of raw materials.
• Utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software and Excel to manage procurement, production, and inventory data.
• Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) process related to supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Implement and manage the Discrepant Material Report (DMR) process to address quality issues promptly.
• Collaborate with innovation and marketing teams to oversee the development of new products and conduct market research.
• Manage transitions of seasonal offerings by coordinating with production, marketing, and sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, inventory control, and business analysis within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, MRP software, and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
