The Global Procurement Logistics team drives the procurement of goods and services needed to support Mattel’s global operations. As Procurement Analyst, you will have the opportunity to actively support the strategic roadmap execution, analyze and provide visibility on internal and external metrics that drive decision making, support RFP execution, and implement controls that mitigate business and compliance risks. This role will actively support the procurement of parcel services and key parcel initiatives for Mattel’s Global Logistics in accordance with Mattel’s Global Procurement Policy. This includes developing Parcel Procurement KPI dashboard, real-time tracking of parcel contracts and spend, supporting the Global Logistics Procurement team with complex RFPs, managing contract database and supplier management.
