About the position

As a Procurement Analyst at CBRE, you will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and providing reports based on data related to the sourcing, contracting, management, and performance of suppliers and vendors. This role is integral to the Procurement function, focusing on sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.
• Prepare the results of reports along with their relative impacts on the business.
• Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes as required to enhance accuracy, usefulness, and access.
• Collect and rationalize data from many sources and conduct thorough financial evaluations.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy, using data from various sources to create a complete overview that includes improvements and recommendations.
• Prepare forecasts and investigate trends in general business conditions.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work and work within standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet target dates.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to use existing procedures to tackle standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.
• Intermediate math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
