The manager will ensure that goods and services are delivered promptly in accordance with project timelines, while also monitoring and assessing supplier performance to implement necessary enhancements. The manager will supervise the transportation and distribution of materials, equipment, and resources across various project sites. This includes optimizing the logistics network to minimize lead times, reduce costs, and improve delivery efficiency. The role also involves coordinating shipments, customs clearance, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Addressing logistics issues such as delays and damages in a timely and efficient manner is essential. Inventory control is a significant responsibility as well.
