About the position

The Co-Op of Procurement Business Operations (Systems) plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of procurement tools and systems. This position involves training internal users, resolving technical issues, and overseeing the integration of suppliers onto the Ariba Network. The role combines analytical skills with customer orientation, requiring effective communication of technical concepts in business terms. The Co-Op will work in a hybrid environment, primarily in the Camden, NJ office, and is expected to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement processes.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and reporting of various KPIs and benchmarks (contracts, Ariba modules, etc.)
  • Support additional tasks that align to the strategy of the Procurement Business Operations team.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of Ariba in support of over 1,200 users globally (including training, ticket resolution, Ariba mailbox management).
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to interfaces between Ariba and other enterprise solutions.
  • Support data integrity effort to ensure supplier master data accuracy.
  • Support supplier enablement by assisting with new supplier registration on the Ariba network.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Master Data team on New Supplier Process - supplier self-registration to provide feedback and call out issues or inefficiencies. Monitor and enforce supplier compliance.
  • Using Global Spend Data, provide support to regional category managers to create catalogs within Ariba Guided Buying platform (could include analytics, testing, etc.).
  • Monitor system/catalogs to ensure that system is working properly and pulling together data to update metrics on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree at an accredited institution in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, Business/Data Analytics, Statistics or Economics preferred.
  • Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience or coursework required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior internship in a relevant area is a plus.
