About the position

The Procurement Data Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team by providing insights and analytics related to procurement activities. This position focuses on tracking spend data, analyzing financial information, and presenting findings to business partners to aid in strategic decision-making. The analyst will work with various ERP systems to consolidate reports and enhance data accuracy, ultimately contributing to cost savings and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and present financial data to business partners
• Consolidate monthly purchase reports from various ERP systems
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects
• Continually enhance the accuracy and availability of data and metrics
• Maintain Payment Terms tracking, cost savings projects, and supplier price increases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, supply chain, or commodity management
• 3+ years experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Data Analysis, or Finance
• Experience with Financial Data Analytics, Multiple ERP Systems, Data Mining, Validation, Data Manipulation, Interpretation & Visualization of Data
• Proficient in Power BI, Dax functions, Excel Power tools and PivotTable, VBA, H/V/XLOOKUP, COUNTIFs, Index Match, and other excel functions
