About the position

The Procurement Graduate Program at Haleon is a two-year initiative designed to develop future procurement leaders through hands-on experience and professional growth. Starting in September 2025, participants will engage in three 8-month rotations, gaining exposure to both Direct and Indirect Procurement while managing spend, stakeholders, and strategies across various categories. The program emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and responsible purchasing practices, aiming to build essential skills and contribute to Haleon's commercial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and prioritize tasks while building strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels and departments within Haleon.
  • Create category-specific strategies that provide valuable insights and innovative solutions to help the business thrive and drive positive change.
  • Lead sourcing events such as Requests for Information, Quotes, and Proposals, and manage negotiations with third-party suppliers.
  • Collaborate with teams like Finance and Legal to review financial proposals and lead contract negotiations and revisions.
  • Encourage responsible purchasing practices and effectively manage spend.
  • Participate in Supplier Relationship Management to ensure top performance and address any risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 preferred.
  • Graduation by August 2025 is required.
  • Candidates from all degree disciplines are welcome, but degrees in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering/Science with a strong business focus are particularly advantageous.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
  • Eligibility to work in the US without requiring future sponsorship for an employment visa.
