The Procurement Operations Excellence, Analyst is responsible for continuously measuring and improving Source-to-Pay procurement processes. This role involves maintaining procurement policies, assisting with their communication throughout the organization, and driving compliance with these policies through robust data and analytics. The Analyst will be accountable for driving continuous process improvement within the Procurement organization and the functions that Procurement supports. The ideal candidate will need to work effectively in a tactical environment while also thinking strategically and utilizing data to drive results. In this position, the Analyst will drive programs that ensure adherence to company policies, including Sourcing, Purchasing, and Contract policies. They will support updates to Source-to-Pay policies, monitor compliance, provide education and training, and report on these activities, including quarterly communications to business leadership. The Analyst will manage process improvement and optimization projects, monitor and report on Procurement performance metrics, and ensure vendor compliance while collaborating with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice exceptions. Additionally, they will develop and maintain a Procurement onboarding and training program for new employees, acting as a key point of contact during their initial weeks. The Analyst will also own the Global Procurement SharePoint site, managing its design and organization while communicating changes and additions. This role requires a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to build internal relationships to act as a change agent. The Analyst will utilize large amounts of data from compliance monitoring and reporting to identify gaps in adherence to Procurement policies and collaborate with key business partners to identify continuous improvement opportunities throughout the Source-to-Pay process.
